Everything. The place feels like being at home, everything super nice and clean. We loved the terrace! The lady was always ready to help and accommodate what we asked for. The beds were very comfortable, good hot showers and cozy bedrooms. Excellent and safe location. We had a wonderful stay!

I would like to mention that we left some of our belongings in the hotel for safekeeping while we were in Huayhuash. Unfortunately, it appears that someone went through our things. Everything was left in disarray, which was a clear indication that someone had searched through our belongings. On top of that, two packs of nuts, a shampoo, and a pin were taken. While these items are not of significant value, the act itself is unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

The place is quite and clean
There is an issue with the hot water. If you want to have a shower during the evening or night you must ask the lady turn on a magic button for that, otherwise you won't have water pressure. Besides, the place has not hostel atmosphere, it is an apartment with private rooms. I didn't feel comfortable to come back late because the lady wakes up to open the door.
