Beautiful cottage, toys in the kids room and the baby gate installed for stair safety was so helpful. Kitchen was great and had everything we needed. Parking was very convenient and the yard was also lovely.

Lovely, warm cottage with everything we needed for a family stay. The kitchen was well equipped for making family meals. Lots of books and games for us to enjoy and on the doorstep of Belper town and all its amenities.
The oven perhaps needs a check over, very slow to cook in. The lights in the lounge flickered if you used them and tripped the electric.

Ideal location close to the High Street and River Gardens.
The house was cold when we arrived and it took a while for the heating to warm through. Although there was a log burner in the lounge, there was no kindling or fire lighters to be able to make a fire.
