Chevin View

The property is in a quiet residential area. It has ample space to park for 3 cars. All rooms are spacious and clean. There are four toilets, three showers and two bath tubs for large group to share. Kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of utensils and crockery. The open sitting and dinning room is spacious for all to dine together. Some rooms have the stunning view of Chevin Hill. The decking platform at the back of the house is ideal for a beer or two whilst enjoying the view. The hot tub is a nice feature to relax in after a day hiking in Peak District. The house is within walking distance to Morrisons and Aldi which open long hours Monday to Saturday. Our host Jack was very friendly and helpful. He paid a personal visit on the day we arrived to show us features of the house. He also gave an introduction of the town’s history and suggested the local walk routes. When we checked out, one of us accidentally left a pair of glasses in the house. Jack informed us before anyone realised and offered to post it to the owner.
