Oura Sunrise 3F Apartment by Stay ici

A ten-minute walk from the attractive Oura Beach, with beach restaurant. The apartment was on a quiet road, but very convenient for bars and restaurants, comfortable and well-furnished. Well equipped kitchen.

We mentioned that the shower in the bath was slippery and asked for a non-slip mat, but it didn't arrive. The other shower was tiny.

Lovely clean apartment best location you could wish for so handy for the beach restaurants and bars quiet location. It's that good ive already rebooked

Only thing was pillows needs replacing and it would be nice to have at least two relaxing chairs on balcony as it's certainly a sun trap in the afternoon

Sehr schöne 3 Zimmerwohnung mit Blick auf das Meer. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat alles, was man braucht. Super Lage, 10 Minuten zum Strand. Nette Mitarbeiter

Leider ist unser kleiner Hund nächstes Jahr nicht mehr erwünscht. Dazu kommt wer eine ruhige Wohnung sucht, ist hier im Monat Juli/August nicht richtig. Rundum laute Partys bis in die frühen Morgenstunden. Wohnung ist sehr ringhörig.

The apartment has a great location 5 minutes walking to the nearby beach. Really nice view from the terrace. The apartment has nice furniture inside. The apartment is really bright when shades are opened (during the day), and it is REALLY dark when shades are closed (during the night). It's great for a good sleep. The air-conditioned really cools down the temperature of the apartment. The terrace is great for afternoon sun bath. It has a great front door security, and the door feels very solid and sturdy. The beds were very comfortable.

lack of communication/answers from the owner/company. We need to call them (international call) too many times to get the keys and again to know where to leave them when we were leaving. A simple explanation, "Leave them on the kitchen table " at the arrival time, would have saved us another call. They were still cleaning the apartment at the check-in time 5:00pm. Only 2 towels per person, 1 small for after showering and the other (even smaller) for hands/face. We tried to contact them about the "internet, but we just assumed that the "free wifi" was just that "wifi" no internet connection, If you want internet, you'll have to paid for it... we tried to contact them during all the time we stayed, but we had no answer about the wifi. There is no place to put personal stuff inside the shower, so your shampoo, soap, and the rest of the things you use during the shower are either on the floor or outside on the sink. Although this was the third apartment we booked on Booking for this trip (Madrid 3 nights, Salamanca 1 night & Nazare 2 nights), they were the only ones who asked for a "200€ proof of deposit" for damages, I don't see the point of using Booking if I need to make an international wire transfer (costs on me) after booking with my credit card...
