Host accommodated our short notice booking after having our stay elsewhere cancelled at the last min. Really kindly organised for house keeping to get the villa ready within a couple hours of us booking.
Overall villa was good. We stayed at the end of Feb so not too busy in and around the strip. Close enough to everything. WiFi worked fine.
Enjoyable stay but I wouldn’t book to stay here with a young family in the busy summer months, just with the antics of the strip so close by.
The master bedroom was extremely cold / almost damp during the night. (Probably not an issue in summer)
The heated pool didn’t seem to be heated, was extremely cold (again probably not an issue in the summer)
There is a gate that joins to the property next door pool area. One morning this gate was open which suggested someone had opened it which was a little unnerving.
Back door didn’t lock, so had to lock the external gating which is a little annoying.
Locks and Keys are very difficult to open.

The location of this villa is perfect. It’s literally a one minute walk to the heart. Some noise at night but noise is much worse by birds. House well equipped. Two showers. Large freezer which was very needed. Pool great with nice temperature. Ana the owner is a lady that appreciates family. Would highly recommend this villa for family vacation

The close location to the main entertainment centre, the cleanliness of the ville and the private outside pool area.
The bathrooms are not very user friendly for disabled people. If one could be upgraded for disabled access it would be a great selling point for renters.
