Villa Clara Premium by Sunny Deluxe

Location was excellent, outside seating and pool area was amazing. The communication with the owners was prompt and quick , they were very accommodating with check in /check out times.

Some of the fittings were a bit dated , minor issues with shower, but all in all with the price we played we couldn't fault it

The location of this property was perfect! Such a safe area and a 10 minute walk to the main strip in the new town. The old town was further away but was a cheap uber (Bolt) 10mins to the Old Town. The decor has recently been updated and the pool was gorgeous. The villa is huge and staff are very communicative, Ariana you were the best. The rooms are well sized and well air conditioned I totally recommend to any large group that can afford to be here.

The only things I would improve is the pool maintenance being more regular as we had to call out the pool maintenance as the pool went green due to low water levels from 14 people using the pool, not our fault but they could definitely make them come daily I’d say. The last thing is that the shutters on the windows were pretty worn and tired and there was one taped smashed window but it was behind a curtain and never bothered us at all. There was also no safe in the villa only a one without a lock but again, it’s a very safe area and we’ve never had a problem with hiding our valuables instead.
