Quinta Coelho

I had a wonderful 12-night stay at Quinta Coelho. The property is located in a very quiet area while still being reasonably central within the Algarve. I stayed in the one-bedroom apartment. It was small, but perfectly adequate for a single person. The kitchen is also compact, which can make preparing larger meals a bit challenging, although I managed reasonably well. Joana is extremely friendly and very helpful. The apartment is furnished with older pieces, such as a vintage Singer sewing machine table, which adds a lot of character and charm to the place. The bed is very comfortable, and the pillows were perfectly fine for me as well. I normally bring my own pillow when traveling, but this was one of the rare occasions when I didn't feel the need to use it. Air conditioning is installed, but I only used it a few times. In October, the temperature was already pleasant enough to be comfortable without it. During two nights and mornings, there were some stray dogs on the property, so a certain degree of caution was advisable. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing stay that I would gladly recommend.

Joana, the owner, was absolutely lovely and very helpful. The house location is quiet and relaxing but is still close to shops and places to visit. The house is very well equipped with everything we needed. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and the pool and pool area was very clean and tidy. It was the perfect stay for us and our 2 cats were also made very welcome.

Sitio perfecto, cerca de todo pero desconectado de la ciudad. Muy limpio y acogedor, las camas muy cómodas, la piscina es grande e ideal. La zona de piscina está vallada. Cada casa tiene su zona de mesa y sillas en la terraza para estar al aire libre. Espectacular, sitio super recomendable.

Lo que menos que mi casa no tenía salón, ni sofá, por poner algo, porque de todas formas estuvimos muy agusto.
