About this house rental
This wonderful villa is set on one of the most luxurious tourist resort in Albufeira, Quinta da Balaia, with it's peaceful and relaxing surroundings it's perfect for your family holidays. It has two bedrooms downstairs, a master bedroom with en suite bathroom upstairs and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. The patio doors open out onto the swimming-pool, meaning the lounge and dining area benefit from plenty of natural light. Outside, the villa has a lawn area with paved terraces and an outdoor shower by the private swimming-pool. There is also a brick barbecue on the terrace for that perfect alfresco experience and a dinning table to enjoy those pleasant summer nights. The kitchen is well fitted with a breakfast table, and everything you need. All the Villa has Wi-Fi cover. Air-conditioning is available on the the three main bedrooms.

Overall a pleasant stay.The garden is wonderful and the house has a lot of charm, but mainly the kitchen and floors where not cleaned, as one would expect.The neighborhood is nice and quiet, but it seems like most of the surrounding is not maintained anymore… Overall the the property served our family needs and we enjoyed our stay over Xmas.

This is very reminiscent of your grandmother's house. Old, musty, curtains falling apart and over wehlming with knicknacks. But the backyard is like an oasis, so beautiful and restful it almost makes up for the house.

Very comfortable villa in beautifully maintained grounds. A peaceful area, 20mins walk to the beach and 20 mins walk to nearest supermarket. We took the bus to the old town. The owner is very friendly and helpful, with good communication. Would definitely recommend.
