We thoroughly enjoyed the beauty of Polzeath and nearby historic beaches.
Location location location. 5 minutes from the beach. 3 minutes from friends in caravan park. Easy access to Rock Padstow and fishing.
Whilst Pinewood 14 ticked all our planning and expectations holiday - £200 per night was on the expensive side of my value for £ scale compared to my recent booking.com holiday experiences.

The location is perfect. Very easy to find and the parking available is great! The place is bigger than the pictures suggest, lots of room and comfortable!
For quite chilly in the evening, but there are radiators in every room easy to turn on

No hairdryer. Totally hopeless instructions to find it, no info re where to leave rubbish, passage round back of flats could do with a tidy

apartment is very clean and provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. Location is great, very close to clean, sandy beaches and coastal walks
Although clean, property isn’t finished to a good standard, ie. cover for light fitting missing, loose tap in kitchen, cooker doesn’t fit the gap. heating & hot water system overly complicated for occasional users
