Kynance Cottage is Newly renovated in 2021 and boasts a very modern fully equipped open plan style.

We welcome Dogs however we do charge a small additional fee which covers the extra cleaning.

Property was as described but kitchen was missing a few essentials. Wouldn’t have more than 6 people here.
One of the toilet seats was broken and dangerous, reported on arrival but still not repaired when leaving 2 weeks later.
Was missing the welcome pack that included check out details.
BIG ALERT - didn’t get damage deposit back despite repeated asking. Had to do a bank chargeback. NOT ACCEPTABLE!

House was lovely and clean and had everything we needed for a 1 week stay. It lacked a highchair but was promptly brought to us when we queried. The Tolroy manor was great as a whole, lovely food and drinks, some entertainment for the kids, although we went slightly out of peak season so live entertainment hadn't started yet. Staff were all very friendly.
Overall, we would stay again, it's a fantastic location to visit many attractions fairly locally.
