This beautifully decorated, lakefront condo has ample space for relaxing and enjoying vacation time. This unit is one of 12 units located on 20 acres of land on Long Lake in North Bridgton, Maine. The master bedroom is on the main floor, with a full bathroom. On the second floor are two bedrooms, both with a queen bed, and a full bathroom. The basement has one bedroom with four twin beds, full bathroom. The open kitchen area has stainless steel appliances, floating shelves and marble countertops. The adjacent dining area has an inviting farmhouse table. A large family room and reading/sunroom are also on the first floor. The walk-out basement has a comfortable family room and small kitchenette with kitchen table and six chairs. A dock is available for your boat or jet ski. Private association tennis court with gazebo and Adirondack chairs.
This condo is walking distance to Harrison Village, where you will find a restaurant, general store and ice cream shop. The town of Bridgton is a five-minute drive, where there is a movie theatre, bookstore, restaurants, antique shopping and two grocery stores.
The shared beach area has a fire pit where you can enjoy making smores and evenings stargazing at the night sky.
A floating dock in the beach area is a favorite spot to swim to and sunbathe. Shaded area along beach.
Seven night minimum stay. No pets. Maximum number of guests in unit or on the Secret Harbor property at any time is eight people.
