About this chalet rental
This newly constructed four-bedroom, four-bathroom home is situated on the shores of Long Lake in the Sebago Lake Region of Maine, offering breathtaking views of the water and surrounding landscape. The open living, dining, and kitchen area provides ample space for family gatherings, even on a rainy day. Enjoy beautiful sunrises, great swimming opportunities, and the peace and privacy of this unique setting. The yard features a gentle slope from the grass to the wooded lot, leading to a rocky waterfront with deep water entry from the wooden dock. There is also a shallow, sandy swimming area just down a few steps off of the stone dock. Boaters can take advantage of the 40+ miles of boatable waterway on Long Lake, Brandy Pond, and Sebago via the Songo Locks. Although the dock can hold a boat of up to 20', it is not advisable to keep it there overnight due to wave action. Instead, boats can be moored overnight on the mooring capable of holding a 26' boat. This spot offers ample opportunities for relaxation and adventure. Bring the entire family along for a week of fun and enjoyment!

The house was a perfect fit for me and my family. There were so many thing to do here, swim, paddle board, canoe, campfire, play games...and also we spent time in the local area hiking and biking.

Our group of 9 had a wonderful time at LLABAI. Their home is well kept and the kitchen is well supplied. They are gracious in providing water toys like kayaks and paddle boards and a canoe. We've rented other homes where nothing water related was provided. Without renting them or a boat, we were land locked. We have an athletic family so the ability to play spike ball and cornhole was a requirement. The land was level enough to do so and believe it or not, their basement was long enough for cornhole! The outdoor fire pit is beautiful and a great size. Even the walk down to the water was naturally lined with branches from fallen trees. The bedrooms are all a comfortable size with comfortable mattresses and clean nice/new quilts. Plenty of extra (again - clean!) blankets and dressers/closets/storage to empty your suit case. Can't wait until next year!

The house layout was very nice and they utilized the space very well. It is much larger inside than outside view!! Kitchen layout was nice - plenty of room to cook family dinners - big fridge too, dining room set was a good size and living room furniture was comfortable (could use a cleaning). Small TV in living and no cable and no other tv. Although we don't watch a lot of tv, the week we went was cold and a bit rainy for 4 days - so watching a nice movie would have been nice. There were like 10 stations and DVD did not work. The 4 bedrooms were very nice and it was great to have separate bathrooms for each room. Note to renters - you MUST supply everything, soap, laundry detergent,dish detergent, towels, etc. No stemmed wine glasses - but we just went to family dollar and bought 4 for $5!! You can buy a lot of your other essentials there too! The site does say air conditioning but it only has AC in 2 rooms - this wasn't an issue for us - but for others it might be.Deck was wonderful and the views spectacular!!! Both the Dock and the the Stone dock were sturdy and plenty of room for 6 to relax. You get the sun till about 1-2 pm on docks. It was a big plus to have a canoe and kayaks and paddle boards.And we absolutely loved the firepit!!! Great location and a beautfiul view of the lake. Great experience - the only thing we could of hoped for was better weather, but we had 2 spectacular days.And as usual Krainin is fabulous and is so responsive. This is my 2nd year with Krainin an will continue to do so.
