About this house rental
Luxurious, modern, waterfront home on beautiful Long Lake in North Bridgton across a non busy street is a grassy area with 75' of pristine, private sandy beach with private dock and floating swim dock, also has plenty of lounge chairs, picnic table, 2 kayaks, paddleboard and canoe right by the water, for your use. You enter the home through a very comfortable screened in porch. It is very Iight and bright, with lots of windows for views of the lake. Open floor plan in the kitchen and living room. The living area has a cathedral ceiling and catwalk. The gourmet kitchen is a foodie's delight! The master suite is on the main floor, with a king bed, private deck with fire pit and secluded porch swing. Upstairs has two private bedrooms with king beds, each with ensuite. The basement has five adorable twin size cubbies enticing for children and comfortable enough for adults with a small living area with a futon couch and ensuite. Plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors with a fire-pit outside the master bedroom for privacy and an additional gas fire pit on the stone patio outside the kitchen in the front of the house. Down the steps there is an additional wood burning fire pit and plenty of seating to roast marshmallows while listening to the loons and enjoying the stars in the night sky. There are several lounge chairs and picnic table to relax and enjoy the beautiful grassy area and sandy beach, which has a gradual, sloping entry into the crystal clear water. For your enjoyment, we supply a canoe, paddle board, 2 kayaks and plenty of outdoor toys for you to enjoy. After hours of fun, you can rinse off with our outdoor hot/cold shower. We have miniature golf, restaurants & shopping at the causeway in Naples (15 mins.). A short drive to Bridgton (5 mins.) for an indoor or drive-in movie, restaurants, ice cream and shopping, or Harrison (2 mins.) away for ice cream, grocery store or eat at The Olde Mill Tavern. If you're up for more shopping, it is 30 miles to North Conway, NH (tax free), 40 miles to Portland, ME, and 45 miles to Freeport, ME. Boat rentals available nearby at Harrison Marina and Moose Landing in Naples. 40+ miles of boatable waterway on Long Lake, attached Brandy Pond and Sebago Lake via the Songo River. It is beautiful in every season from winter snow skiing, (15 mins. away) to snowmobiling, leaf peeping in late Sept - Oct. & of course all the activities in the summer. There are so many things to do in the area we can't list them all!!

This property is probably the best one we have ever rented! The house has everything you need to have a relaxing or active stay on the lake. The private dock and beach really stand out and you don’t need to leave the property all week! If you want to use the well stocked kitchen, it’s a breeze to cook for yourself or you can take advantage of all the close by restaurants for dinners out or take out! Our weeks in Maine have become our happy place week!

Had a spectacular week on Long Lake! 8/16/25-8/23/25The house is huge and so comfortable. Everything we needed was there. The house fit us perfectly with 6 adults in the three master bedrooms and 4 kids in the basement cubby beds. Really amazing.The lake is crystal clear. Awesome to have the canoe, 3 kayaks, and 2 stand up paddle boards. There is a sandy beach with a gradual slope. Dock was fun for fishing, relaxing in the sun, and star gazing at night. The water at the end of the dock is around 2.5' deep. The depth at the floating raft is around 4'. Since it is shallow, there are some weeds growing around. That didn't stop us from enjoying the water every day.The location is good. You have to cross a road to get to the lake but very few cars. Rt 117, behind the house, can be busy. AC/ white noise maker can help if you're sensitive to traffic noise at night. 10 min walk to Harrison. 10 min drive to grocery store in Bridgton. The owners are wonderful. Booking and check in was straight forward and easy. We did have an issue with the washing machine that was pleasantly discussed over the phone. We recommend you...Get ice cream at Long Lake Creamery.Hike Pondicherry Park (kids will love the obstacle courses) and Hawk Mountain (great view at the top).Rent a pontoon with tow tube.Visit Portland for shopping and unusual uni lunch experience at ISF Trading (google it).Golf at Bridgton Highlands and mini at Steamboat Landing.Thank you David and Valarie!

This home has it all......spacious accommodations, location, private beach and large dock on beautiful Long Lake. Close to Naples and downtown Bridgton.
