About this house rental
Welcome to The Bridgton Bungalow! Our 4 bedroom 3 full bathroom was built in 2022 and is the perfect getaway for large families to make some memories that will last forever. Our home has modern construction, TVs in every room + a beautiful open space living room. Situated at the end of a quiet residential street our home is secluded and very peaceful yet only 10 min. from Downtown Naples and downtown Bridgton. Only 10 min. to Pleasant Mt. and multiple lakes, our home is perfect for any season!

Our home is located at the end of a very quiet neighborhood street.
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors

Love the location, beautiful home, clean, space and really enjoy the backyard! There is a great restaurant near by too. Highly recommend The Campfire Grill right down the road. This is our second stay and wont be our last!

We absolutely highly recommend this home and host! Communication was excellent. The home was exactly as pictured and well stocked. It was clean and in a lovely, convenient location. We also enjoyed the backyard! We relaxed by a fire with plenty of seating. We will be going back!!!
