Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The Irish chalet is instantly welcoming! Soak up the modern and vintage charm of this remodeled 2700 square ft home! Flat screen televisions and a fireplace will keep you cozy. Open concept living with plenty of dining space for large families. This property is a 6 Bedroom, 2.5 bathroom private home with two decks and lots of privacy! 18 minutes to Pleasant Mountain, 32 miles to Sunday River, and 2 miles to lake swimming!
The space
Peaceful 3 acres, nestled on a hill, sneak views of Pleasant Mountain through living room, dining room, and upstairs bedroom, 15 minutes away. Enjoy entertaining in the 600 square foot, open concept living space, connected to two dining areas, and
a full granite bar, open to the kitchen. A 65 inch, flat screen television appoints the entire space! Plenty of indoor privacy, with both upstairs and downstairs beds and baths! Another television, built into the kitchen wall to accommodate the cook! Comfortably sleeps 18!
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home with plenty of private outdoor space as well. There is an indoor fiteplace and outdoor firepit! Ample parking and plenty of deck spaces! If you have
pets, they are welcome and will love the space!
The driveway is large enough for trailers if you need to bring a boat or snowmobiles!!
Other things to note
You need to bring firewood, if you use the fireplace. The fireplace has a built in fan, with a switch to the left of the fireplace, once your fire is started. if you put the fireplace fan on, before the fire is lit, it'll blow smoke into the house. Please, if you bring pets, let us know what and how many pets!

This home was great for our large family. Spacious,clean and cozy. The area was quiet, safe and close to town to grab a bite to eat, a cold drink and friendly people. I recommend a stay here!

Easy check in. Communication with information for address/ Wi-Fi/ door codes was excellent. Pleasant and quiet neighborhood. House could use some tlc. Cob webs in corners, found socks from other visitors in one of the rooms, pulled back the sheets to one of the twin beds and found pine needles (we just got there). Main tv worked then couldn’t turn channels but volume on, uses Roku so could be user since there was no directions on usage and we were not familiar with Roku. But over all cute with plenty of space (we were a party of 9 adults and a 15 yr old).
