About this house rental

Home is located on the 11th fairway of the Harbor Town golf course with long views of the 15th fairway and green from the kitchen. Home has been renovated in 2022. There are 5 bedrooms and each has a bath as well as a half bath in the laundry room. The garage loft bedroom is quite large and has a sitting area with a couch and chairs and a desk area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas grill provided for outdoor cooking. Hair dryers and makeup mirrors are provided in each bath. We only rent for monthly periods during January and February. During June and July we rent Saturday to Saturday only.

Beautiful home with lots of room! The owner was extremely easy to work with, and hospitable. We thoroughly appreciated all of the extras that are not always common when renting a HH home- like beach towels, screened in porch with small fridge, icemaker, and more! The pool/spa was wonderful! Neighborhood was quiet, and we walked the golf course each evening, as well as Stoney-Baynard Ruins. Enjoyed watching the wildlife, especially while in the kitchen. We would love to return to this home next year!

House is awesome. Great for multi family use. We had parents teens and their friends. Lots of room for everyone. Home is well stocked and we didn't need anything. Very lovely home.
