Located in the heart of Heritage Woods, on Heritage Court, our Guests enjoy quick and easy access to the beach, Harbour Town, South Beach (Salty Dog), Lawton Stables, the Sea Pines Nature Preserve, the Sea Pines Beach Club, the Sea Pines Golf Club, and everything Sea Pines has to offer without ever getting in your car! All are only 5 -10 minutes by bike.
Recent updates include granite counter tops and new appliances in the kitchen, quartz counter tops in the bathrooms, HD TVs in the family room, living room, and every bedroom, and free high speed secured wireless internet service. After your morning activities it's time to get out to the beach! Its a an easy 7 minute bike ride. Pack the 'mule' (bike cart) and cooler we provide with your refreshments and you're off to the beach! Take the bike path right next to the house right to the beach (see the map below). Do you offer Traveler's Insurance? Yes, an option to purchase Traveler's Insurance will be presented to Guest at time of check-out. If the option does not auto-generate at the time of check-out, and you're interested in purchasing, please let us know and we'll be happy to send you the Traveler's Insurance information.
Are there any additional fees to be considered? The only additional optional fee(s) are the optional fee to heat the pool and / or spa. Please inquire with the property management company specifying if you'd like a quote for just pool heat or both pool and spa heat.
What arrangements are made to pick up a key? Our home is equipped with an electronic 'keyless' entry system that is programmed with a code of your choice. This makes it very convenient for our guests as they do not have to worry about getting locked out, or losing a key.
Does your pool get any direct sun as many of the homes we've stayed in within Sea Pines, well their pools are too shaded? Yes, the pool gets direct sun light from mid-morning to mid afternoon. Summer pool temps generally range from 85 - 90 degrees. Many of our guests share that they really enjoy coming back to the house and having the pool after a day at the beach!
What if there is an issue while we are staying at your house? Our home has been professionally managed by an on-island company for the past several years. All issues are quickly addressed with minimal disruption to your vacation. So, you never need to worry about trying to contact the owner to report a problem and work with an absentee owner to help them address the issue.
Where can we rent bikes and how much does it cost? If you plan on biking extensively during your stay we recommend Hilton Head Bicycle Company for all your bike rental needs - 843.686.6888. And the home is conveniently located right on one of the many bike/leisure paths that take you all over the plantation.
How close are you to the beach? Under 7 minutes by bike, or an enjoyable 10 minute stroll. See the map below.
Are you close to Harbour Town and South Beach? Yes, and we bike to both. The home is just about equal distance to both; it's about a 10 minute bike ride, or 5 minutes by car.
What size is the house? The two level home is over 3,500 square feet. There are two large "master" bedrooms on one side of the house, each with private baths and two bedrooms on the other side of the house, each with their own private baths. All bedrooms have ample closet and storage space.
Is your home for sale and could we have our vacation interrupted by an agent wanting to show the house? No, our home is not for sale. We do caution prospective guests that are looking at other properties to check with the owner or manager to insure that the property they are considering is not for sale, or that they will not have their vacation interrupted by agents wanting to show the home!
Do you offer discounts? If your arrival date is 30 days or less away and our home is available, we will certainly work with you.

We loved every moment! The home is very well-equipped. Any time we needed or wanted something, we were able to find it. It was wonderful to have the bikes on site rather than renting them. We especially loved the pool and spa!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This house was wonderful (inside and out). It was on a quiet street with the bike path literally out the front door. If I could pick a house on HHI to move into, this would be it. I’ve been coming to HHI for decades and this is probably my favorite house. The location was great, too. Close to beach and Harbour Town via bike paths. Loved it!!!!

The house was perfect for a family celebration. The lot is perfect and quiet, great walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. We loved it.
