About this house rental
This Sea Pines private oasis meets every need for your vacation with family or friends. One of the largest private pools in Sea Pines looks out over the serene tidal marsh and the beach is 0.4 mile away. Pool heater is available in cooler months.
The 5 bedroom home welcomes up to 12 guests with a less than 5 minute bike ride or 8 minute walk to an uncrowded beach. On the main level you will find multiple large living spaces.
The entryway leads you to the first living room with comfortable seating and a 65" TV. From here you can view the large bright dining area. The kitchen is a chef's dream with gas range, granite counter tops, large island with seating for 4, convection oven, warming drawer, stainless refrigerator and bonus standalone freezer that helps minimize trips to the grocery. The kitchen leads to another living/game area with huge sectional, large tv, game/dining table for four. The dining room holds a large table with seating for 8 or add chairs for extra seating.
You can enjoy your coffee or evening cocktails on the screened porch with comfortable lounging and high top dining table. The large back deck is the perfect place to soak in the sun and prepare dinner on the gas grill. (Also, keep an eye out for deer who usually make an appearance each evening.). The expansive pool deck includes multiple loungers, dining table and umbrella. It includes one of the larger private pools in the area.
Downstairs you will also find a beautifully decorated King suite bedroom and bathroom.
Upstairs
Upstairs are the additional 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and laundry room.
1 King - The private King suite includes large seating area including two comfortable club chairs and separate desk area. The ensuite bathroom includes double vanities, walk-in dual head shower and multiple closets for storage.
1 Queen Bedroom
2 Extra Long Twin Bedroom
2 Sets of Twin Bunks Bedroom (4 beds in total)
Bathrooms - 2 conveniently located hallway bathrooms each with large vanities, tub and shower
The home is also near a communal playground. Beach chairs, beach towels, pool floats and board games are provided.
Extras include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable, and a dry bar. High speed internet makes it easy for work if you have to!
Parking is available for up to five cars in the driveway.
Gate/vehicle passes are required to gain access to Sea Pines and are available for purchase upon arrival at the security gate for $10 for a daily pass or $30 for a weekly pass per vehicle.

Second time staying at April’s home and once again it did not disappoint. Such a great location and the pool area is nice and private. Highly recommend. We had two families staying here- 4 kids and 4 adults and There’s plenty of space. Great home.

Highly recommend the Crow’s Nest. Layout was great and the pool and surrounding green space was like being at a private resort!
