Guests initially enter Sailors Nook by walking up the exterior staircase from the driveway to the front porch and front door. Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock on the front door, you will enter the home's first floor, which features the kitchen, dining area, living room, screened porch and all three king suites. Walk up a flight of stairs to find the kids' bunk room suite.
NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. Fireplace and fire pit are NOT available for guest use. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.
Pool is serviced weekly by a pool service company. It is NOT serviced on every arrival day. Storms and prior guests may mean it is not in pristine condition.

We chose this home because of the private pool, so we were disappointed that after paying to heat the pool, the pool was never heated due to a mechanicalIssue. We did at least get refunded for the pool heat. The bunk room is over the garage so it gets very humid, so much so that my daughter’s clothes would be damp to the touch in the mornings. This was so uncomfortable that we had to move her into a room with us. Communication was a little odd, as it seems that sometimes when we reached out we were connected with some kind of outside call center, where the employees did not speak English well, and were told many times that our concerns would be “forwarded to the team.” The location was perfect, and this is a good home for families if you can tolerate the humidity of that bunk room. The host did make an effort to make up these issues to us which we appreciate.
