Overall we had a good stay. The location was great and near everything you would want to do in St. Augustine. The only minor things I would point out are: The pool area could have been a little cleaner - the screen covering the pool had some holes so small amounts of leaves would get into the pool every day and the area surrounding the pool, which I was able to sweep up, but not a huge deal. Also the table on the patio looked like it hadn't been wiped down in a while. The other thing that I would point out is that the couch in the main living area was not really all that comfortable. The cushioning could have been a little better. Minor things, but overall a good value for the money.

Loved this property and location! Spacious, looked exactly like the pictures and had all the essentials. We were able to walk to several nearby attractions. Our kids had a blast and enjoyed the pool every evening. We are already planning our next trip and plan to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! We found the house roomy, well stocked and comfortable. The location is in a highly desirable area and is convenient to many attractions. Our host communicated very well and answered any questions that we had promptly. We would not hesitate to stay again!
