This house was very comfortable for my husband, me, our 2 adult children and our 4 year old dog. We all had plenty of room. The fenced back yard was a nice haven. We had a couple of thunderstorms with heavy rain, so didn’t get to enjoy the back yard as much as we would have liked to. Great location to walk to some restaurants and the downtown was a reasonable walk. We liked not having to drive and find parking.
The host was very responsive and check in and out were very easy.

We spent two weeks here. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The fenced back yard is great and well decorated. It's an easy walk across the bridge to St Augustine, and a minor drive to the beach. The neighborhood is very nice and a very short walk to some amazing bars and restaurants.
