Avli is a cosy, clean and modern place with everything You may need, and the owners are warm and caring people, willing to make Your stay great. There is a nice garden full of flowers with a large wooden table and benches, too. I highly recommend Avli luxury apartments. There are two big supermarkets just two minutes walk from the apartment, Masoutis and Lidl. To the main beach is about ten minutes walk. It is OK but it is always crowded so for us, there are better alternatives. There are many lovely beaches around the place just a short car ride away. We had a pleasant and memorable stay in Ierissos, in Avli luxury apartments. Big thanks to Mr. Giorgos and Mrs. Anastasia!

‌Who doesn't have to be at the first line to the sea this is perfect accommodation. In a quiet street, with a private lovely garden. Big bathroom. Kind hosts. For me, perfect for holiday! I will come some other time for sure!

Lipsă apa caldă seara și dimineața

A fost aproape de Lidl și masutis . Wifi este foarte bun.

Nu a avut apă caldă după ora 23 și dimineața până în ora 9,30. Camera are ușa dar peretele despărțitor în zona superioară este decupat și în living se aude tot din dormitor. Televizorul din dormitor se deschide dacă se pornește televizorul din living , nu se putea vorbi la telefon în cameră pentru ca deranja pe cei din living( de privit la televizoare în același timp nu se poate, este deranjant celălalt). La plaje se merge numai cu mașina . În zona semnalul la telefon este foarte slab( noi am avut Vodafone și DIGI)

Geogios Avli Appartement

Sehr nette aufgeschlossene Vermieter, die oben wohnen und auch mal mit uns redeten. Schöne Raumaufteilung und Größe des Appartements. Gute Ausstattung. Es fehlte nur Abwaschmittel (Spüli) und ein -Lappen/- Schwamm. 2 Supermärkte sind zu Fuß erlaufbar. Auch zum Zentrum und Strand kann man gut laufen. Es gibt 2 Bäckereien in der Nähe. Mittwochs ist Markt in 50 m Entfernung. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße, das 2. Haus von der Hauptstraße im EG mit viel lautem Durchgangsverkehr. Auch die im gegenüberliegenden Haus tätige Fensterbaufirma machte häufig Lärm (Kreissäge), sodass keine Unterhaltung beim Frühstück draußen möglich war. Die Wände vom Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer sind > 3m hoch und leider oben offen (Mauerdurchbruch). Man hört alle Gespräche in beiden Räumen ( ! bei schlafenden Kindern). Die Wände im Schlafzimmer zur Nebenwohnung sind sehr hellhörig. Die Lüftung im Bad hat gestunken, da hilft nur Tür auflassen.
