Clean and quiet accommodation next to the beach!

We enjoyed a lot of our stay at Kristel in Ierissos, Greece and we are definitely recommend this accommodation to other families or group of friends that are looking for a quiet and comfy place next to the beach. The Kristel villa has 2 floors and we had the entire ground floor, with a generous terrace and barbecue. We liked the cleanliness of the space, the comfortable beds, the very good equipped kitchen (plenty of cups, glasses, plates, cutlery and quality pans and pots), the outside dining area and most of all the proximity to the beach. We also appreciated that we had one cleaning day and that we had a private parking place. Giannis and Elisavet are welcoming hosts! They gave us good tips regarding the good places to eat. Everything was great. Thank you!

Only some minor things that might be resolved: -water was flowing from under the shower tub -the bathroom is more difficult to ventilate

The place has absolutely everything you need, you feel like it is your house for the period of stay

The terrace, the place where you will be spending most of your time, is pretty huge, it has two large tables and there was a nice breeze all the time

The entrance for the car could have been a bit wider, for larger cars the space is too small, although you don't really have to park it inside since there is a lot of parking space outside of the property

Perfect place for a small family or a couple

The location was perfect: 50 - 100 m away from the sea and lots of oleanders flowers, white and pink around. The house has a very large terrace where you can enjoy the sunrise or have a barbecue or just relax or feed nearby cats. Lots of restaurants, taverns and bars nearby with good food; but if you are a skilled cook, you can find fresh fish and calamari and meat at the nearby stores. There's a bakery also 5 min walking with tasty bread and delicious sweets. Good value for the money. PS: cat lovers warning: be equipped with cat food ... or any food :)

The rooms seemed to me smaller than in the pictures. The property is suitable for only one family with max two kids. The cleaning services might get improved. We stayed there eight nights and no one came to the property to clean up during this time. Also, we found the shower walls dirty, proof that no one has been "bothering" them during the past weeks.

Exceptional

This was the best holiday let in which we have stayed. The house is superb and the location is stunning. More importantly, hosts are very caring and made sure we had everything we needed, changing bedding, towels and cleaning part way through our stay. The value for money is excellent. There are bikes for all family members. The kitchen has full equipment and a compliment from our hosts.The sea is at the end of the street, need I say more? The Internet is fast and only for us. It is completely peaceful and relaxing, really the stuff of dreams.The house has everything you could need.
