Aqua Breeze Studio

The studio was clean, modern and was equipped with everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was lovely and we even received a nice welcome gift which was a great touch. The property is located right in the middle of the centre of Ierissos with an amazing sea view and close to the beach and restaurants.

The apartment is very cozy and well equipped, also neat and clean. The beach is at literally a few steps away, and in the surrounding area you can find plenty of restaurants, souvenir shops or different small grocery stores. Communication was very easygoing, our host was very responsive and thoughtful, she welcomed us with a bottle of local wine and during the middle of our stay came and change the sheets and towels and also supply the other necessities from the apartment.

The only downside was the drain in the bathroom which had difficulties in handling all the water from the shower.

Great location right in the center of town, with plenty of parking spots available nearby, so it was easy to park. The accommodation was very good for the price and had everything we needed. We also really appreciated the welcome gift that was left for us on arrival. It was also a nice touch that toiletries and shower essentials were provided for our use.

There was a lack of communication between the host and us prior to arrival. We didn’t receive a booking confirmation at the very beginning and had to call the property ourselves to make sure everything was in order. There is also a city tax (8€ per day, as is standard in Greece). We had already been charged for it through Booking, but for some reason the full amount wasn’t calculated, and the host asked us to pay extra on-site. It would be helpful if this was resolved or at least clearly communicated in advance. During our stay, the room was not cleaned even once, which is something we have usually experienced in other places around the area. The accommodation can be a little noisy at times, as sounds from the corridor and upstairs apartments carry through.

Great location, clean room, have all you might need during your stay. Warm welcome including gifts both for welcome and goodbay. Good comunication with host all the time.

Could be a little bit noisy and more storage space for clothes would be from help.
