1. Безпоседня близкість до моря.
2. Повністю обладнані апартаменти усім необхідним для комфортного проживання.
3. До найближчого продуктового магазину/пекарні 5хв. пішки, до супермаркету 15хв. пішки/ 7хв. машиною. По вівторках місцевий ярмарок, не пропустіть!
Найбільша і найвагоміша перевага цих апартаментів - це власники. В цілому Греція це надзвичайно гостинна держава, саме тому оксамитовий сезон ми зустрічаємо у Греції більше 20 років поспіль. Але саме у Armonia Lux Studios Ви можете відчути більше, ніж очікували від перебування. Я зловила себе на думці, що, якби я займалася туристичним бізнесом, мої дії були би такими же. Саме такий шлях ведення справ призводить до масштабування. Щиро бажаю власникам не сходити із впровадженого бізнес плану і привести свою Державу до процвітання. Дякую за Все!

It was very close to the beach, the apt was cute and comfortable. The owners were very receptive to our needs
I washing machine was very loud, other than that everything was ok.

The apartment is cozy and well lit.
The hosts are friendly and helpful.
The bedroom with the two beds was comfortable, and it's great that there are windows in the roof towards the sky.
Everything is close, supermarket, restaurants, the beach.
The kitchen is comfortable to cook and well lit.
It is a house with many different apartments, all of which are rented to guests, so there is a lot of movement in and out, closing and opening doors, voices, the soundproofing is not good so you can hear not only the closest apartments, but other apartments as well.
The payment is not easy, it's not done via booking, but you have to either pay with cash or with a bank transfer which is not always easy.
The bedrooms on the second floor are not ventilated, by that I mean that you cannot get fresh air in, the roof windows are locked, so the only way to get some air there is through the air conditioning.
There is a lot of dust in the air in those rooms, you can see it very well under the sunlight, it's scary how much dust is in the air. The ventilation/air conditioning system is not reaching the down floor, in the bedrooms upstairs there will be freezing cold and in the living room or kitchen downstairs you will barely feel the air conditioning.
The air conditioning system is too loud to sleep with it in the night, but it's impossible to get air without it, so you either have to suffer the noise or the stuffiness.
The toilet is only downstairs, so you have to go up and down during the night if you need it.
The toaster in the kitchen is terribly damaged, it should have been replaced years ago, it's all scratched inside and it's dangerous for your health to use it.
The lighting in the bathroom is terrible, it lights up your head from above without the light falling in your face, so you can't actually see your face well in the mirror. The shower cabin is not maintained properly, the rubbers need replacement, the cleaning is not done well, there are rust stains and salt stains. The issues of cleaning and hygiene should be taken into consideration here.

Very good location in Ierissos - close to the beach and restaurants. The villa is very nice and the apartments are big, very clean and comfortable. Chris was an excellent host - he was helping us throughout the stay with recommendations and immediate support, when needed. We were happy to find a few restaurants nearby (the one I recommend the most is Central Steak House).
I can only give a full 10 for Armonia Lux Studios!
