Nice stay, though not at the level of its rating

The place is very well located, close to the beach and restaurants. However, if you prefer a more tranquil and less crowded beach, I recommend Kakoudia, just a 5-minute drive away, it’s truly beautiful. The apartment itself is spacious, with two rooms, a small balcony, and a larger terrace where you can enjoy the view. Ierissos is a lovely place and definitely worth considering for future holidays.

First of all, I should mention this was our third stay of the trip (the first was in Metamorfosi, the second in Ouranoupolis - Both accommodations were excellent, 10 out of 10!). I already understood from previous reviews that the apartment is located above a tobacco shop, so I expected a bit of noise, and also that the bathroom is small and the apartment could use some improvements - all of which I was prepared for and would have not impact the general evaluation. The general Booking.com rating is 9.4, with cleanliness rated at 9.3. Honestly, I don’t think it lives up to a 9.4 property, and the cleanliness certainly didn’t feel like a 9.3. The location itself is great, close to everything, but the neighbors don’t seem to appreciate having tourists around. I could give more details about that( I’m scaring my kids now by telling them that Izichia Ekaterina will come if they don’t behave). One thing that really affects comfort is the lack of a proper divider between the terrace and the neighbor’s; it’s awkward to sit outside and see each other eating, and it takes away any sense of privacy. As for cleanliness, perhaps the previous guests left it particularly messy, but it still felt like the apartment was overdue for a proper deep cleaning. There are also a few small repairs and updates needed if it’s to justify a 9+ rating. And the barbecue, I don’t think it can really be considered usable.

Comfortable stay, felt like home

Great location in Ierissos - first line from the sea, just above a small shop. Comfortable for a family with 2 kids, nice balcony, apartment has everything you can possibly think of, you can easily cook as if at home. Kostas was very responsive and friendly, communication was great. He was even eager to help us store some beach equipment during our stay. We had a great time overall!

Not related to property at all - low water pressure in the evening hours when everyone is getting back from the beach, but its an issue in the area in general.

O vacanță frumoasă .

Locația este excelentă aproape de orice îți dorești când mergi la mare .Patul confortabil și curat prosoapele curate .Terasa excelentă dar era cumva comună cu celălalt apartament nu există o separație vizuală între terase.Gazda promta cu orice cerere am avut mulțumim.

Cred ca in cealaltă camera ar putea sa fie mai curat covoarele nu sunt curate noi am venit pe final de sezon și poate s-au murdărit dar noi asta am găsit casa are potențial și o renovare cred ca nu ar strica .

Lokacija je izuzetna. Samo par koraka od plaže. Besplatan parking ispred. Apartman se nalazi na spratu. Ima pogled na more sa oba balkona. Električni uređaj su novi i kvalitetni. Krevet u spavaćoj sobi je udoban (lični utisak). Krevete u dnevnoj sobi su koristila deca i njima su odgovarali. Vlasnik je veoma ljubazan i uvek ga možete pozvati za bilo kakvu informaciju.

Balkon preko kojeg se ulazi u apartman delimično delite sa drugim apartmanom (međuprostor posle stepeništa). U tom međuprostoru se nalazi i roštilj. I to nije ništa sporno, osim što na tom drugom delu balkona živi/sedi jedna baba. Veoma neprijatna žena, koja pre podne mrzi sebe, posle podne ceo svet. Srećom ona je tu samo vikendom, tako da ju je lako ignorisati. Nakon korišćenja roštilja, gotovo pola dana na istom je ostavila glavu i skelet pojedene ribe. Balkonom se širio neprijatan miris. Pod ispod roštilja je ostavila umašćen i zagaravljen. Tako da su se zbog toga tu danju skupljale ose, a noću mačke da ližu masnoću sa poda. Može biti problema sa vodom za kupanje, vikendom predveče (ali to je problem u celoj regiji). Problem odlaganja smeća. Osvetljenje u kupatilu bi moglo biti malo jače.
