Breakfast setup was perfectly nice and hassle free. The owner was very helpful. I really can't fault anything about the property.

Breakfast choices were great, fresh fruit, milk and juices, plenty of cereal choice, and spreads for making toast.
I wasn't expecting to have so much space all to myself, was able to chill out and relax. Rooms were comfortable and very spacious, it has a lovely garden to sit out in.
The whole place her a calming vibe to it.
It was about a twenty minute walk to Battle Highstreet and a nice park.
Mark was very welcoming.
I would stay here again.
Phone reception was poor. Tried to get a taxi to pick up to take me to rail station, didn't turn up, so walked.

It was set in a quiet area of Battle. The house was spotlessly clean with plenty of rooms to use. Mark, the host leaves the whole of the downstairs to his guests with access to a kitchen, dining room, lounge and private bathroom. I was only there one night but it was very suitable to my needs. Plenty of breakfast food to choose from in the morning.
Thank you

Spacious, comfortable, homely. Everything was available like being at home. Cereals, toast, fruit and juice et., whole of ground floor for our use only . Private parking.
Nothing that we disliked about the property but if you are looking for somewhere modern, this is not what it is.
