The communication from Chris was great, from before arrival to meet up to hand over of keys and for departure. Excellent location, very central. The property was clean and had everything needed for a chilled holiday.
Only one minor thing, an additional balcony chair would be ideal.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Fran empfangen. Er zeigte und erklärte uns alles was wir wissen mussten.
In der Wohnung, die sehr sauber war hatten wir alles was wir brauchten. Es gab mehrere Handtücher und Duschtücher sowie Strandlaken. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser Anlage und kommen gerne wieder

Great location with good proximity to the beach and Yumbo center.
Had a lovely pool area which was well maintained.
Apartment was spacious and kitchen was well equipped. We loved coming back atvthe end of the day to prepare food and sit out on the balcony.
Our host Fran was friendly, welcoming and felt he went above and beyond for me and my friend.
Highly recommend.
Odours that we think was coming up through the shower drain.
We don’t think it was anything to do with the apartment, but probably more down to the whole buildings plumbing system.
It didn’t linger the whole time and was contained to the bathroom.
So odours came and went.
