About this apartment rental
Central, but absolutely quiet apartment within walking distance of the dunes (300m) and the beach. Baked goods and food at 50 meters. Restaurants, bars and services within 5 minutes. The newly renovated apartment has a living room with balcony, separate bedroom and bathroom with small tub shower. Perfect for two people, two more people in the living room possible.
Only a few meters to the bus stop to the airport or Las Palmas.

The living room
Apartment in Playa del Inglés in the south of the island of Gran Canaria with "eternal spring". The modernized, fully equipped apartment is located on the fourth floor of 5 and has sea views. It has a living room with a sheltered balcony. Here you are protected from the eyes of the neighbors and can even close the windows in bad weather. In sunshine, however, you can if you want to provide the awning for shade. The apartment has a separate bedroom with double bed and in the living room a sofa bed. Dining in the living area or on the balcony at the large! Table; perfect for your alfresco dining. The kitchenette is fully furnished and equipped with fridge freezer, 2-burner stove, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, TV with international channels. FREE WIFI connection AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS DIRECTLY IN THE APARTMENT. The bedroom has a closet and a double bed. There is also a small vault. The bathroom has a shower tray.
Free access to a large swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols is included.

The apartment is in a central location to the main services and entertainment centers as well as to the dunes and the beach. Only 100 meters from the well-known shopping and entertainment centers Yumbo and Cita, 300 meters from the dunes, 200 meters from the Paseo Maritimo.

Hi Frank,
I would like to say many many thanks for you. Your apartment was perfect for our stay in Maspalomas. No complains at all, only compliments. Comfortable swimming pool area. Cosy cafe on site, lots of other amenities inside the building like hairdresser, massage, beauty saloon, table tennis, very nice friendly people around. Location wise very convenient almost with everything: bus stop, taxi, local shops, bars, restaurants, tourist information on a door step, beach 10min away, dunes 10min away. Many Thanks to Sergio and Gabi. Definitely would like to stay in your apartments again. Loreta, Roma and Rokas.

Diese Unterkunft ist einfach ideal.... es ist exakt wie beschrieben sauber, zentral und ruhig.
Wir konnten unser Auto überwiegend stehen lassen weil Jumbo, Cita, Strand und die wunderschönen Dünen fußläufig in kürzester Zeit erreichbar sind.
Im Apartment ist alles vorhanden was der Urlauber braucht.
Es wurden uns alle benötigten Infos gegeben, auch die Begrüßung mitten in der Nacht war perfekt.
Wir möchten uns herzlich bedanken und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Die Lage ist gut.
Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos.
Sauberkeit nach meinem Empfinden nicht so dolle.
Unter neu renoviert hatte ich mir auch etwas anderes vorgestellt. Ein Lichtschalter war z.B. mit Tesa-Film "repariert"
