About this apartment rental
Central, but absolutely quiet apartment within walking distance of the dunes (300m) and the beach. Baked goods and food at 50 meters. Restaurants, bars and services within 5 minutes. The apartment has a living room with balcony, separate bedroom and bathroom with large shower. Perfect for two people, two more people in the living room easily possible.
Only a few meters to the bus stop to the airport or Las Palmas.

Apartment in Playa del Inglés in the south of the island of Gran Canaria with "eternal spring". The modernized, fully equipped and air-conditioned apartment is located on the top floor of 5 and has sea views. It has a living room with sheltered balcony. Here you are protected from the eyes of the neighbors and can even close the windows in bad weather. In sunshine, however, you can if you want to provide the awning for shade. The apartment has a separate bedroom with double bed and in the living room a sofa bed. Dining in the living area or on the balcony at the large! Table; perfect for your alfresco dining. The kitchenette is fully furnished and equipped with fridge freezer, 2-burner stove, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, TV with international channels. Wir waren zum 2.mal dort gewesen. Wir haben sehr angenehm mit diesen Wohnung - Apartement. Der Verwalter , Sergio und Clean Staff sind hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Super!!! Nächsten Mal werden wir diese Wohnung nochmals wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles . Freundliche Grüsse Luigi und Michael und Karl

Ich war im Dezember 2018 mit meinem Freund und meiner Tochter in dem Apartment. Uns hat es super gefallen.
Es ist alles wie beschrieben, nur der Tisch ist nicht wie auf den Bildern, den mussten wir selber decken :-)
Im Apartment ist alles vorhanden was man sich nur wünschen kann, von der Kaffeemaschine (eine echte, nicht diese Wasserkocher die man sonst überall findet) bis zur Spülmaschine. Sogar eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden, da hatte ich zu Hause kaum noch Arbeit mit der Wäsche.
Die Gastgeber und der Cogastgeber Sergio sind superfreundlich und hilfsbereit.
Da im Haus auch Einheimische wohnen die eben keinen Urlaub machen ist es am Abend sehr ruhig, keine Partys oder Gejohle. Und tagsüber sind permanent Liegen am Pool frei weil kein Mensch reserviert.
Auch gibt es genügend Parkplätze kostenfrei an der Straße.
Wenn wir wieder auf der Insel sind werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder in diesem Apartment wohnen.
