Kiváló elhelyezkedés. Kedves tulajdonos. Tágas, kényelmes lakás, akár 4 főre is. Szépen felújított fürdő, kényelmes ágyak.
Földszinti elhelyezkedés, kilátás egy garázsra. A medence és a ház felújítás alatt áll, emiatt napközben zajos volt.

Localização muito convenitente, perto do Yumbo, mas sem barulho ou confusão. Apesar de ser um rés-do-chão, não sentimos falta de privacidade, pois as janelas dão para o estacionamento do condomínio.
A canalização da casa de banho devia ser revista, há um mau cheiro permanente. A limpeza geral devia ser melhorada, assim como as roupas de cama e toalhas.
