Perhaps could have benefited from having a balcony, this would have made the property 100% perfect instead of nearly perfect

Tout est parfait dans cet appartement cosy. Lit d'une qualité exceptionnelle. Électroménager de très grande qualité. Emplacement idéal pour la plage ou même la vie nocturne. Un vrai luxe pour les vacances et un petit coin de paradis. Stefano qui nous a accueillis a été merveilleux, répondant avec réactivité, jusqu'à nous acheter des raquettes de tennis pour y jouer. Juste merveilleux.
Alors évidemment on peut regretter l'absence de terrasse ou de balcon. Et sans doute une politique du syndic dictatoriale pour les fumeurs. Mais ces bémols n'enlèvent en rien la qualité hors norme de cet appartement.

I’ve stayed in many short term rentals; this one was definitely the best decorated and stylish.
Only concern for some is seems like many fragile things to break if one has rough friends/family that does not respect the space
