Appartement à 30 minutes du centre ville à pieds - Commerces à proximité - Résidence calme - Appartement spacieux, bien agencé et bien chauffé
Odeur nauséabonde dans l'appartement - les draps et serviettes sentent mauvais et ne sont pas propres - très peu de vaisselle et sale- Appartement globalement sale (la hotte de cuisine est dégoutante ) - Problème d'éclairage : pas de lampe fonctionnelle dans le couloir, une seule lampe dans la salle de bain, manquante dans la chambre - poignée de porte cassée dans la salle de bain et le placard - Chaussettes et linges sales dans les tiroirs du lit et dans le placard d'une des chambres et du hall ! Pas de place de rangement dans l'autre placard (imprimante, gros sac , pourquoi ???) - Stationnement payant -
