El alojamiento está en una ubicación ideal, en la plaza de la alfafa en pleno centro de Sevilla. Está decorado muy bien, es nuevo y agradable y son 2 plantas independientes por lo que para estancia de dos parejas es muy cómodo. El acceso a la vivienda no es para cualquier tipo de huéspedes, tiene muchísimas escaleras súper estrechas, 3 tramos para acceder al apartamento.
Estuvimos en el duplex alojados y hay muchas hormigas, en el baño y en la cocina-office. Las televisiones no pudimos utilizarlas porque los mandos estaban sin pilas y no funcionaban, no es algo grave per deberían revisarlo para que los huéspedes puedan utilizarlas. En general la estancia merece la pena, solo esos detalles y el acceso con escaleras para tenerlo en cuenta.

La struttura è moderna ed ha un buon materasso. Per un paio di giorni va benissimo. È super centrale, sotto ci sono dei ristoranti che comunque chiudono verso mezzanotte quindi la notte è abbastanza tranquilla.
La puzza di fogna. Il balcone era bloccato o rotto, abbiamo segnalato subito la cosa ma purtroppo nessuno è venuto a sbloccarlo. Non abbiamo potuto far arieggiare la camera in nessun modo e questo ci è pesato un po’. Pulizia nella media di Siviglia.

Posizione super centrale. La struttura esteticamente carina e moderna. Personale disponibile ci ha fornito tutte le istruzioni del caso.
Eravamo in quattro e mancavano due cuscini per il divano letto e due asciugamani. Inoltre, suggerisco una maggiore pulizia degli ambienti. Il lenzuolo del divano letto era sporco e nel soggiorno circolavano tantissime formiche. Da migliorare
