The roof terrace was perfect and the room did a great job with a lovely bathroom and comfortable bed. Location is great too.

Almost everything perfect.
I would like to know before hand it was on a third floor with no elevator.

The room was clean and everything seemed brand new.
We had to do our check-in in a different location, a 10 minute walk. After having to wait or the check-in, we walked to our hotel again to learn that the key card OR the code didn't work. Had to wait for over an hour after arriving to be able to access our room. Also, the Residence seems to be more of an AirBnb than a hotel, and the ceiling-floor soundproofing is terrible I could hear every footstep the upstairs guests took.
