This is my second time visiting Sevilla and this stay is now my favorite. I’d be back in a heartbeat. The location is quite literally perfection. Short walks to almost everything we did not find the need to use any public transportation. The apartment is small yet spacious and comes with everything you need. The check in process was super simple and the building is easy to locate.
We had absolutely zero complaints :)

The room was clean and everything seemed brand new.
We had to do our check-in in a different location, a 10 minute walk. After having to wait or the check-in, we walked to our hotel again to learn that the key card OR the code didn't work. Had to wait for over an hour after arriving to be able to access our room. Also, the Residence seems to be more of an AirBnb than a hotel, and the ceiling-floor soundproofing is terrible I could hear every footstep the upstairs guests took.
