Posizione ottimale, si può visitare il centro e le attrazioni principali a piedi, non è necessario prendere i mezzi. Appartamento perfetto per una coppia che passa il weekend a Siviglia. Gli ambienti sono curati e puliti e dispone di tutto il necessario per trascorrere serenamente qualche giorno in città.
Una piccola pecca sono le scale ripide e strette, se si hanno valigie si può avere difficoltà a raggiungere il terzo piano. Una cosa che può essere sistemata è la doccia che purtroppo perde un pochino e bagna il pavimento che la contorna.
