Very clean & well maintained.
The room is a bit stuffy but it’s fine with the aircon on.

Good price, good contact with owner, free water avaiable
Quite far away from city center (car or moto needed), cockroaches in bathroom, very uncofortable pillow (very hard) and the worst thing - one divice outside (probably outdoor unit for an air conditioner) worked VERY VERY loud, it was difficult to fall asleep in a night :(
