The staff/owner/worker should check the room conditions when customer check out to ensure who is damaged their property before blaming wrong person for causing it. The aircond was there but no remote. I thought owner wasn’t allowed to switch on the AC and let customer to use ceiling fan only. So for what reason you put AC in the room but you hide AC remote?
