    No kettle no fridge. Need to remind to do housekeeping and refill water bottles. Last day requested for late check out just for 1 single room to put our luggages. We are in a group with 8 rooms. The reception initially said okay but later told us need to charge for RM20/hour! The first level is actually on the second floor their first floor is called ground level. Staircase is narrow and they are ants in the room, lots of mosquitoes.

No concierge and staff said to put the luggages in their kitchen! How can they do that! , Last day requested for late check out just for 1 single room to put our luggages. We are in a group with 8 rooms. The reception initially said okay but later told us need to charge for RM20/hour! Staircase is narrow and they are ants and mosquitoes in the room, Aircon is not really cold even it's stated 16 degrees

    Great location. Clean. Good shower and hot water. Air conditioning worked well. Secure but no safe in room. Check in at restaurant below which serves good food with good service. Comfortable bed and pillows with crisp and clean white sheete. Not much attention to details as a large chunk of ceiling molding was missing.
