Nice property! Beautiful beach within walking distance. Needs better communication. The complex had a different name than what we were told it was.

Condo was in a great location, kitchen had necessary items, beds were comfy. Easy access to beach. We had to evacuate after 2/5 nights due to Hurricane Milton. Customer service with Vacasa is lacking. No interaction with owner, enjoyed the unit. Easy check in and out.

The unit needs painting and the old units in the shower & bath tub should be removed.The name on the listing "Casa de Playa" should be change to Ocean Village Club. The current name made it hard to find.
