Uptown Gull is a beautifully remodeled ocean-view second-floor condo with a comfortable king bed in the private bedroom and a queen pull-out in the front room, great for putting away during the day. This unit has two bathrooms. This unit has two large flat-screen TVs. This room has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. This unit has access to our heated pool, game room, and laundry facility.
Heads up! A large-scale construction project is kicking off in August 2025 at Surftides Plaza. Expect daytime noise, visible crews, and general disruptions throughout the property. If you're looking for a peaceful daytime retreat, this likely won't be the right fit at this time.

The place was nice and clean. We could see the ocean from the room. The amenities aren’t the best. The hot tub jets have no pressure and it was dirty but the beach access was great. They have faucets set up around the complex to rinse the sand off.

Everything was really great! The cabinet doors in the kitchen did not hook, the stove burner covers were the wrong size, the bed was comfortable but lop sided, and the cleaning crew forgot the trash in the trash can.
The location was perfect and the view was amazing! Small things but did not deter from an amazing stay.

We loved the location and the view! Having two bathrooms was a bonus. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Check in was easy and smooth.

Staff was friendly and helpful, condos were definitely older. We had our two dogs with us so we got a condo that was pet friendly so the carpet had a couple stains which is understandable. We were happy to find a place that would accommodate our pups. Great view off the back deck. Convenient for visiting the beach. There are some steep stairs to get down there so keep that in mind if stairs are an issue. No elevator at the condo as well so if you are on an upper level you need to take the stairs. We personally didn’t mind. The main issue we had was the very thin walls. And our upstairs neighbors didn’t seem to sleep. Our first night we were up till after 1am listening to them walk around. We could hear people talking through the walls which our dogs did not appreciate. Took them till the last night to get use to it and to stop barking at what sounded like strangers in our condo. So we did not get great sleep. Something we didn’t really think about when we decided to rent a condo unfortunately. I believe if you have the right neighbors it wouldn’t be an issue.
