Sea the Waves #359 at Surftides Plaza is a top floor unit that has the clearest view of the gorgeous pacific ocean. Just 32 steps to the top floor and the best view in the house is awaiting you. A step onto the patio and you will be immersed in the sounds of crashing waves. The unit is equipped with two fold out patio chairs so that you can enjoy the view from three stories up and take in the panoramic view of the beach.
This modern and cozy unit is equipped to sleep 4 adults comfortably. It features a king bed in the private primary bedroom and a brand new queen pull out sofa in the front ocean view living room. There are flat screen tv's with cable in both living area and bedroom. The bedroom also has its own ensuite bathroom with a full walk-in shower and beautiful, newly done tile. It also has a separate vanity and sink outside of the shower and toilet area allowing for more ease as you get ready to head out an explore the fantastic little town of Lincoln City.
The living space is well thought out for extra comfort, and the thoughtful touches will add to your memorable stay. Sea the Waves is one of the few units that has such an open floor plan which allows every guest the space needed to enjoy their beach vacation with family. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a delicious morning spread or a fancy family dinner. We provide coffee from a local roaster out of Depoe Bay, along with filters, sugar, and cream so your morning will start off right. This unit also features an oversized recliner chair that is perfect for a midday nap, watching the waves, or a late-night movie with the family.
The Surftides Plaza Condominium location is a hidden gem in Lincoln City. Conveniently located next door to a restaurant, directly across the street from a private beach access designed only for Surftides Plaza guests, and a short distance from the Chinook Winds Casino Resort. There is also a small park directly in front of the facility that's perfect for your smaller travelers. On site we have an indoor heated salt-water pool. It is open and available for guests from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. every single day. This is a mixed-use facility and the complex does allow pets but this particular condo is a pet-free unit, so might be a good option if you have pet allergies. There is a guest laundry facility on site as well that is open for guests to use, and if you forgot your detergent, our front desk has some for sale!
