The location is great and the space was adequate for my wife and son.

Great view right on the beach, walk out the front door for instant beach access. Parking is very tight and the bed is not ideal (older spring mattress on a creaky frame) but Great value, especially for a short stay. No wifi though so be prepared to use mobile Hotspot or have some spotty service at times. We had a great weekend though and will use this location again for quick trips.

The deck was taped off with caution tape. When I called about it, I was told it is not useable then, as they were needing to do some repairs. I bought the house for the deck so I could read and watch/listen to the ocean. It made the trip unpleasant. The stove only had 2 burners that worked. The sliding doors didn’t have screens. So we couldn’t even listen to the ocean sounds with the sliding door open. The large bed is a pull out in the living room couch. The bed in the bedroom is a double bed. Not good for a couple to share. All the cupboards and drawers in the kitchen would stick and have a hard time opening. We were both very disappointed with the stay due to the rental. I did call and ask for a partial refund. I received 10%, which was 90. That was also pretty disappointing.

Very disappointing. I chose this place because there was a deck looking out into the ocean. I love to read outside and just watch and listen to the waves. Due to the deck being closed for repairs, this large pet of my trip was ruined. It would have been nice to be notified ahead of time that this was not available. I would have looked for something else to rent. The stove only has 2 burners that work. The tub doesn’t drain. When you shower there is about 6 inches of water in the tub, which takes. Long time to drain. My spouse brought his work laptop and planned on working 4 hours a day. We were very surprised to find there was no WiFi. In the amenities, it did not say WiFi, so I should have paid better attention. Most people now days assume that WiFi is just a part of any housing. The house is shabby and all cupboard doors and drawers stick. There were only 6 forks, knives and spoons. Makes it hard to cook and eat even for 1 day when you are having to wash dishes after every meal, instead of waiting for a dishwasher to be full. All in all, we were terribly disappointed.

The deck had holes & dry rot all over it. The old dank smell was disgusting upon arrival. This place is in desparate need of repairs from top to bottom. We are done with VRBO.....

Cozy and quaint property. Was nice to get away w/ the wife for the weekend. Wish it had wifi, and better cable, but wasn't a deal breaker. Bed needs to be updated, but the gas fireplace was awesome! All in all a nice property, the view and beach access was a perk! I'd stay here again.

Thank you for hosting us at Sebastian' Crib Oceanview Condo. We enjoyed our stay, it’s a cozy place, good view and easy access to the beach. We enjoyed spending quality family time with our grandson, watching movies on VHS and CD players, free of phones and the chaos on social media. As a suggestion I would recommend improving the telephone signal. Overall it was a good experience. If you want to disconnect from social media, WiFi, unwanted calls and just enjoy quality time, this is your place.

Only two of four stove burners work. crusty broiler pan rack - entirely roached cookware (not a speck of teflon) rusted table knives, either fix or lose the broken fireplace stove, no dishtowels, no back up roll of toilet paper, scuffed paint, unsure if carpet (very soiled) was vacuumed well. windows filthy - no squeegee, no soap in bathroom (only shampoo), no kleenex NO WIFI OR INTERNET! Peculiar odor appeared 2nd day.Futons make lousy couches and papa san chairs .ditto. ..Most discussed with Vacasa rep Sat 9/16 - no reply. Overall very disappointing . well: 'nuff said.

The home had an odd odor when first walking in. The bedroom heater wasn't working during our stay, some of the tiles were broken and the roof was leaking in a few spots. The odd odor could be from the carpet from where the roof is leaking. The fire place is advertised as one of the amenities of the home but there is a note that states the fire place is not for guest use. There were several things wrong with our stay. This house could have been a very nice home if it weren't for the things listed above. It does have a great view and is very close to the ocean.

The location is great! The house has potential to be really nice, if they fixed everything that's broken or rotting away. There's holes in the bathroom ceiling above the shower, the cabinet in the bathroom is rotting away on the top, the heat doesn't work in the bedroom, coffee cups taken directly out of the cupboard were dirty and full of coffee stains still, the tile between the kitchen and dining room is so unattached that I tripped on it, the sliding glass doors are so beat up from the salt and so rusty that they're really hard to open and close. And there's this very loud knocking sound that sounds like it's coming from the wall behind the fridge that woke us up all night long. And the futon was covered in animal hair. And on checkout day, we had zero hot water!! Oh, and you can't use the gas fireplace anymore either apparently. If they got everything repaired, it would have been amazing!!

Looked Cozy from the pictures! Reservation: 22-25 Sept. Thurs-Sunday. We were informed we could also check in Early as it was ready and clean. Although we live in Washington we arrived @ 1800ish. It has a beautiful view from Kitchen and Deck. Has potential needs updating. This is my firsts bad review since I have started using VRBO for reservations. Complaints: 1. Thurs evening text host informing them, toilet handle was broken. And it was musty and dusty in the CONDO. They assured me they would elevate it to the maintenance personnel. Offered house keeper! It was late. I said we will be fine tonight. "I" f/u Friday and Sat evening as they said they would have escalated the manor to assure it will get resolved. IN the mean time we are having to put our hand in the Toilet tank to flush every time we used it. Lucky for us, they didn't put the blue tablets in or we would of have smurf hands. (never resolved) 2. Used Towels and Used hand soap in the shower.(never given clean towels) 3. Bugs (alive & dead) in the kitchen sink and floor. 4. Bugs in Sugar container 5. Loose titles in the Kitchen and stains on Carpet 6. Blood stain in the refrigerator bottom drawer Again I was text apologize for the delay of execution from communication issue. Rest assure local staff are fully aware. I will update the guests about towels? Last response was the 23rd. Lucky for us we were not in the condo during the day.. If it was needed cleaned I cleaned it. Or left it if we were not using that area. 7. Dusty & Musty in the Condo 8. Need of a good house keeper and maintenance 9. Sliders are tough to open and close. 10. Shower is amazing ( glad I brought my own towels) 11. Heaters are not working 12. Brought my own sheets just in case (as if kitchen & bath is gross so is the bedroom) I don't want bed bugs.. They never offered to cut off the cleaning fee or host fee. If I just would of stayed in Casino It would of been more cost effective for us. I wouldn't stay at another place that Vacasa runs very disappointing. Condo has potential... I have taken pictures of the bugs, dirty towels, soap bar, titles, stains on the carpet and blood in the refrigerator. As well at the broken Toilet handle.. How pleasant to put your hand into a Toilet tank every time you have to flush which could be a $5 part per my husband the Plumber. I tried to write a review on the Vacasa website as they sent me a link to send a review but it does error out...

The location was easy to find and it was as listed. The checkin process was not as smooth as I had expected. We were sent a code and it did unlock the box, however there was not a key in it. I had to call and get the code for the “back up” key. The location was great. Although it could use a few minor repairs. We would definitely stay there again

Checkin and communication with the site was great and easy. Beach access was right around the corner, we could walk to the beach without shoes! There is a sand wash off hose at the front door of the home! Easy access from Hwy 101. We would stay at this home again!!

Super cute and cozy! Has everything you need for a nice little getaway! Just steps to the beach!! Very close to the casino and shopping! The shower is AMAZING..I'm not even kidding lol very therapeutic and the jacuzzi tub is awesome too!! We will definitely be staying here again!

We love the location, close beach access, great views. Our little family of 3 had a great time. Plenty of room for us to hang for Mother's Day. Decor is outdated but was worth it for the price. Our only complaint was that the fireplace wasn't working other than that we had a great time and look forward to renting again for a nice getaway.

Quick weekend stay for our family but we will definitely be booking Sebastian’s crib again and hopefully for a longer stay! Well equipped one bedroom condo. Kitchen had everything basic you would need to cook full meals in if you’d like. Large fridge/freezer with ice maker, tons of small kitchen gadgets/appliances. Good working stove and oven. Full deck with a partial ocean beach view, but you are quite literally 50 steps from the beach with easy access for young and old. Bathroom is quite large and has a very nice jetted tub and excellent water pressure and gets very warm. Plenty of toiletries provided. Bedroom is nice with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage for clothes. Extra pillows and blankets in the closet. We only had two complaints and they are extremely minor: 1. A random large pile of dog poop on the back deck on an overturned patio chair..very unsightly however it didn’t affect our stay much as the weather was not allowing of us to use the deck much. I’m sure we could have called and had it removed but we were busy enjoying our short vacation. 2. No WiFi in the condo. Not a dealbreaker for us and we were aware of that when we booked, however if the owner wishes for suggestions to improve, internet would be amazing even if it increases the price a tad. Overall it was an excellent condo in a perfect location near all the great shops and stores. Beach access was amazing and check-in and out was a breeze. Can’t wait to come back and enjoy it again.

If I were to stay longer than a night or two, then I would choose a different location. The ceiling had a leak and was dripping onto the living room floor. The floor looks like its bowing in towards the center of the condo. They left old broken patio furniture on the deck. There was shattered tile in the kitchen that you could cut your feet on if you weren't careful. On the plus side, it was nice to have so many windows to allow light in. The place was clean and we enjoyed the jetted tub and also the gas fireplace. Not a bad place for a couple of nights max, but there is better on the coast.

We really enjoyed our stay. The bedroom is super-comfy, and we enjoyed listening to the surf at night. Great location, almost beachfront. FYI, the futon couch is thin and not great to sleep on. That’s our only complaint. Loved the retro-80’s decor!

Nice view of the ocean. However, the carpet is permanently stained and needs replacement, two burners on the stove didn't work, some floor tiles are loose or broken, the shower doesn't mix hot and cold water correctly, the sliding glass doors to the deck are difficult to operate. This place needs maintenance.

I stayed over the last weekend of June 2021. The stay was pleasant and the home was alright. However, there were some outstanding issues present. Firstly, the stove present in the unit had only two working burners (the small ones), requiring me to improvise when trying to cook. Secondly, the heater may have been broken, as unless we kept windows open 24/7, the house would get uncomfortably hot, particularly during our stay which was at the start of summer. Lastly, it was assumed wifi would be available and was hinted at in check-in instructions. However, no explicit mention of the lack thereof was present either. This is my first time renting so perhaps this is standard of the company to do, however I was mildly disappointed that there was no wifi present at the home. Truthfully, I expected a bit more but got a bit less in return.

Was not able to use gas fire place.... place seemed clean and cute. Had a funky smell but we bought some smell goods to help with that. A sliver of ocean view really, but all I need is the sound of the waves. Could really use some WiFi and perhaps updated furniture. Overall relaxing and just what we needed. The pirated vhs and dvd collection threw us for a loop, pretty nostalgic. Had to clean the tub before we used the jetted feature. Had a funk from not draining properly.
