Built in 1930, this home has an amazing combination of vintage charm and modern updates that make it nice and cozy.

Located just above 101 and nearly in the heart of Lincoln City proper, this home is surrounded by all the activities the area has to offer. Cross the street for lunch at Kyllo’s or walk the strip and stop at a salt water taffy shop—the choice is yours!
Things to know:
Pebble steps from driveway to front door is roughly 50 steps
The sofabed is on the first floor
Full kitchen, including a dishwasher
The fireplace is not for guest use
