It is a great location and view. It needs some upgrading. Stains on the chairs, wall paper peeling, paint fell off the wall while I was just sitting in a chair looking out the window. The deck table and chairs ar so rusted that it looked dangerous to sit in them. The hot tub is under part of the deck and to me, is not inviting. It was clean but had a musty smell of urine. They did offer to reclean but I don't think it would have made a difference. Fresh air seemed to help. A pet friendly house is hard to find, but I am particularly fussy about how a home should be kept. Stained and deck furniture that belongs in a dump should not be part of the home. And, there are 3 flights of stairs to maneuver to carry your luggage up. That should be noted.

Loved this house , was very charming in its decor and all the little nooks and crannies , was very clean and had some touches of a nice hotel , shampoo , fancy folded washcloths . Me and my family very much enjoyed staying at this property !! Hot tub worked great also ..

Love this place! The drain spout on the NW corner is plugged so the water was flowing over the gutter. I would have unplugged myself but it was out of reach. It’s time to clean under the appliances. Thanks for letting us stay in your wonderful home

It is a little older building but the view of the ocean and sunset off the back deck were very nice. We went in October so the parking wasn't too much of a challenge but I could see how it could be in the busier seasons. The hot tub was nice but it is below the back deck and very dark at night. The light wasn't working but the hot tub light did so it made it a little more romantic. We used the flashlight provided so it wasn't too bad. Watch for broken hand rails and watch your step as there are a lot of stairs and many are uneven. Kyllo's restaurant is within walking distance and was so yummy. Overall a nice place for the price.

We were so happy to find this home a week before for Labor Day week. It really surpassed our expectations. Location great, comfortable , perfect weather and could not have been set up better for people with a dog!

Lots to do within walking distance. The patio view is amazing. There are stains on the carpet and seen some on the bed and pillow when we stripped the bed. Other than that stuff was as clean as it could be. Would love to see no carpet and maybe hard wood floors or tile. New pillows and bed cover. It is a pet friendly home so I guess it's what to be expected.

Nice view for location. There are 48 steps to get up to the house. Needs updated windows and leveling of floors. Dishwasher was full of water when we arrived yet no dishes in it. Carpet had stains.

Great view, great walking distance to Kyllo's restaurant, easy walk to the beach, decor was suitable, cleanliness was good, hot tub worked great for relaxing in. If you aren't used to heavy road traffic, you will hear it. The listing doesn't indicate the mass amount of stairs, not recommended for people with walking issues. Our only complaints are the stairs and the cooking accommodations, other than that we had a great time!

The location was great and it had all of the basics you'd need. The only issues would be that the house is VERY dated and in need of some repairs. You also have to go up a really tall flight of stairs that have stones for the steps. If you have limited mobility, this may not be the place for you. Overall, we had a good time and would recommend this place for the location and views.

The view was the only good thing about this home. Very outdated. Aside from the sofa, everything else is very old. The beds are very uncomfortable. The grill was in bad shape(the knobs and ignitor didn't work) no light in the hot tub area....I could go on and on

I was celebrating my 61st birthday and its a good thing im healthy or i could have had a heart attack carrying all our stuff up the steps to get to the house- it was a nice house and clean although lots of spots on the carpets - couldn't get in through the combination lock so we had to call the manager. He was very helpful and came to the house to retreave the key. Hot tub is nice but not private as listed - as far as proximity to the hotel next door it is right off the parking lot with a see through trellis. There are a few other things if i want to be really picky. Not to the vrbo standards i am used to.

We loved this pet-friendly location. Our only complaints were that the keyless entry code didn't work at any point during our stay. Fortunately we were guided to a key box. The mattress in the upstairs sleep area needs to be replaced, and we were disappointed that neither fireplace functioned. I understand if the owner doesn't want to keep gas fireplaces operational, but there is no reason the electric fireplace upstairs can't work. Furnace worked fine though.

Be aware, there are about 40 stone stairs leading up to the entrance (which is difficult to find in the dark, we had to be on the phone with the property management company to find it and ended up just looking and comparing views with listing photos). Some stones are broken, there’s an awkward place where stones meet decaying floorboards. I was pretty nervous walking up and down. The outside area in the back is nice but there’s one table and some crappy outdoor chairs to sit on. The view is beautiful, you can see ocean. The house itself was fine, but strange. The claw foot tub is nice but in the kitchen. I cut my foot in the bathroom on a tile there, though, so be careful. The only tv is in the kitchen, none in the living area. The doors to the outside sunroom area don’t stay closed. The kitchen was nice and plenty of dish ware but not many condiments. The upstairs was strange, tons of closet space. The shower head is so low if you’re above 5’7 you’ll be bending awkwardly. The carpet has multiple stains but seemed as clean as it could be. Tv upstairs has two old recliners in front of it but everything works fine. Trundle bed downstairs in kitchen is way more comfortable than the lumpy and awkward bed upstairs. The hot tub is in a weird, creepy location and you have to step down into it but it looks like there’s a path and small gate from a neighboring house. Would stay there again in a pinch, but it was far too expensive and eerie for us, not what we expected.

I was concerned about some of the prior reviews that were listed for this house, but everything was perfect. Only hiccup was the initial code that was provided, but that was resolved quickly through text via Vacasa. My son and I were the only 2 people, so the space was more than enough room. The house defiantly has space for more. If traveling with a family, this house has everything you need to unwind after a stay at the beach. It was a very cozy spot. We will defiantly come back again.

This is the 2nd summer we've stayed in this house. My kids love it. It's close enough to walk back and forth to the beach easily. Great view from the deck if you don't want to go down to the sand. The beds could be a little more comfy, but they aren't bad. We had no issues, aside from wishing we had booked a longer stay.

I read reviews before I booked and there were so many reviews on how hard it is to get in, I thought surely they'd fix such a big problem but as we arrived I soon found out we tried to get in for 30 minutes and then sat on hold for 30 minutes finally to get help.. the hot tub was in a horrible location under the stairs.. the washer didn't work which made it hard as a mom of three.. also one shower with a very short shower head had to do a back bend just to get my hair wet...

So. My husband, dog and I loved the layout of the house. The view was great, the deck is fabulous. But... the house smells like urine and so does the couch and some of the extra blankets. There is clearly stains all over the carpet. I realize it is a pet friendly home which we absolutely appreciate, but it was just such a gross factor. The staff was very friendly and responsive - they get 5 stars!

Had a FABULOUS stay. Would have been nice to have know you have to climb about 3 steps to get to house that I didn't think were that safe on 1 side of house. The other side you have to climb 23. Not good if you have people that can't climb. This should be in the description for sure.

Excited to find a good spot with our dog but the house smelled like dog pee and the carpets really needed a good cleaning. The sleeping arrangements where challenging as my kids slept upstairs while my husband and I had to sleep in a Murphy bed that pulled out in the kitchen. The TV set up was also challenging as it was located in the kitchen and near impossible to watch. Bathrooms were also not comfortable for getting ready in with one tiny shower. The internet is also very spotty. Lastly there were maintenance people that showed up and helped themselves in while we were not home and rattled us when we walked up to the door being open. The place does have a nice view and very easy beach access but unfortunately I don’t believe this is the most comfortable place for my family.

The original code to unlock the door didn’t work and had to wait on hold 15 min to get ahold of someone. Rough start but once we got in, the house was fantastic. Beautiful location, easy to get to the beach, hot tub was amazing, house was clean. Would go back and stay longer!

When we arrived it was hard to access. We had to contact the property place to help access, then the hot tub was cold. We were told the local manager would be contacting us but that never happened. I have rq bed out to them to see about a refund since we were unable to use it but have never gotten a response. The house is cool but things are outdated and worn. Also the random bathtub in the bathroom off the kitchen was strange. I will not be going back.

Unfortunately I have too give a bad review, the location of the home is right in the middle of the city so the beach is very busy, the hot tub was only half full, they did come and fill it but there was also no bleach tablets we learned so that’s nasty, the washer was broken, and the living room had so much dog pee smell it was hard to breath, the maintenance man that came to look at the washer when we where gone looked though some of our stuff, we loved our stay but it wasn’t cues the house was nice, but the kitchen was good! And the view!

Not much. The house smelled of dog urine - there were carpet stains not upstairs and down stairs. My wife and I are mobility and stability challenged and we found it very difficult going up and down the 48 steps to get into and out of the house. Had we known about the stairs, we would have passed on renting this place.

Home has a smell of mold and pee. Carpets were stained disgusting with spots everywhere. Also stains on almost all of the furniture. The furniture was old and tore up. Not at all as advertised. When we call to complain to Vacasa and ask for another place to stay or our money back due to the poor conditions we never received a call back after we had called twice. This is not a place I would recommend. Nor would I ever recommend or stay at a Vacasa rental ever again.

It took 30 mins to get in the door because the entry instructs were not complete. There were 2 days of roofers so we could use the downstairs bathroom. The fireplace dud not turn on. The hot tub was amazing, used it 3 times a day. Beds were comfy.

Spacious, open, close to the beach. A great place to unwind. Only disappointments were mostly minor: hot tub was lukewarm and not changeable. Never got a reply back about how to fix this. Toaster and toaster oven worked poorly.
