On the beach very relaxing with a cute beach bar next for locals
I wanted to stay another 3 nights and asked if they could include breakfast this time
They refused so lost $1000 euro over a $17 euro breakfast

The staff were friendly and accommodating.
The beachside setting initially appeared idyllic in photos only.
A coffee machine was available in the room.
There are a few important points worth highlighting, especially since they cannot be captured in photographs, but are essential to consider if you view holidays as a time to rest and rejuvenate.
Although the setting may appear idyllic in photos, in reality it is quite the opposite. The bungalows are built on a very narrow stretch of land between a large pond and the beach. From sunset until morning, it is virtually impossible to avoid mosquitos. Insect nets are fitted to bathroom windows but not to the main doors, and despite our best efforts to keep doors closed and eliminate insects before bedtime, we woke up each morning covered in bites.
The proximity to the airport is not an advantage when you are directly under the flight corridor. Planes roar overhead at very short intervals, and while you eventually get used to it somewhat, the noise is constant and disruptive.
Air quality is another serious drawback. There is a persistent smell of fumes, and the local air quality index (unlike other parts of the island) is consistently poor—mostly red, occasionally yellow, and never green.
Adding to this, there is a shipping corridor close to the shore. Large vessels pass frequently, releasing black smoke and polluting the water. We often noticed particles and residue in the water, which made swimming there less inviting. The sea itself is also far darker in colour than suggested by the photos. While this would not be an issue on its own, it feels worth mentioning given the other environmental concerns.
Overall, it feels as though this stretch of land should never have been developed, and was likely chosen as a lower-cost location for the bungalows.
While the staff themselves were friendly and accommodating, management decisions did little to enhance the experience:
* Cleaning was scheduled only every second day.
* The smell of mould was noticeable in the room
* Coffee pods for the machine were available only upon request
* Loud live music (not every night, but frequent)
