The beach is excellent, with very clear and beautiful water. We also really enjoyed the restaurants and the food, especially dinner. The rooms themselves are comfortable and nicely designed.

Unfortunately, our arrival experience was quite stressful. When we arrived at the hotel, none of the three nearby restaurants were serving food. Breakfast service had already finished, and the next meal service was only at lunchtime. We understand that this is quite common in Europe, but after travelling with a child, it was still inconvenient not to have any food option available. The bigger issue was our room. The air conditioning was not working, and the hotel was unable to repair it. At first, we were told that another room could only be provided the following day. Since we were travelling with a child and the windows had no mosquito screens, sleeping with the windows open was not really an option. We eventually had to contact Booking.com Support to help resolve the situation. Surprisingly, shortly afterwards, another room became available for us to spend the night in. The next day, as the A/C problem still had not been fixed, we were moved to a completely different room. As a result, during a four-day stay, we ended up staying in three different rooms, which was obviously inconvenient. Another detail that was not clear to us before arrival is that the hotel beach is divided into different categories. The beach closest to the hotel is the “Superior” area and is only available to guests staying in Superior-category rooms. Other guests have to use another hotel beach located further away, past another beach. We simply were not aware of this arrangement when booking. Finally, if you do not have your own car, getting from this area to nearby towns can be quite difficult. Taxis often need to be booked about a day in advance. Uber is available, but there is no guarantee that a driver will be nearby when you need one.

Posizione, letti super comodi, terrazzo ampio vista mare, piscina, spiaggia, colazione e ristorante sulla spiaggia con tramonti da sogno. Location ideale se si vuole visitare la Sardegna del Nord.

Manca la spa/area wellness, peccato perché la location è super rilassante e sarebbe stato davvero perfetto concedersi qualche coccola in più. Non ci sono escursioni direttamente dalla spiaggia, né attività acquatiche. Basterebbe qualche sup/canoa da poter noleggiare direttamente in spiaggia. Sarebbe utile anche una doccia di acqua dolce direttamente sulla spiaggia.

Struttura in posizione davvero comoda, con una vista spettacolare, ideale per godersi il tramonto. Nel soggiorno sono inclusi ombrellone e lettini tutti i giorni, oltre agli asciugamani da spiaggia, che vengono cambiati ogni volta che serve — un servizio davvero apprezzabile. Colazione a buffet abbondante e parcheggio incluso.

La pulizia non è all'altezza di una struttura 4 stelle: le camere non vengono pulite in modo approfondito, ad esempio abbiamo trovato ancora sabbia per terra, come se non fosse stata rimossa. Nella doccia lo scarico era rotto e si spostava, e nel minibar mancava l'apribottiglie. La palestra è molto piccola, poco pulita, con attrezzi datati e priva di macchine cardio basilari come tapis roulant o cyclette. Il prezzo a notte è in linea con un 4 stelle, ma alcuni servizi non lo sono altrettanto.
