The facilities were good
My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing: my car was severely damaged overnight in the parking area they themselves recommended, and the hotel's response has been appalling, they have neither replied to my messages nor offered any cooperation

Rooms were very comfortable & aircon was excellent. Food was generally good although a bit repetitive.
Bar staff were rude (not all but some) and the drinks for 'all inclusive' were poor (for instance you could have coffee but not iced coffee and the soft drinks tasted very sub standard). Having to pay for wi-fi and beach towels, plus the limited range of drinks, made this feel less than all inclusive. Even had to pay for bottled water at the bar. The location was disappointing as was too remote, the walk to the beach was totally unsafe (rocky path with no steps), and the amount of steps to get around the hotel grounds was ridiculous with no lift in the hotel either.
