Limpieza, ubicación y facilidad para aparcar cerca.
Tenía una terraza muy agradable con semi vista al mar.
Desayuno bien quizás algo de fruta.
Es un segundo sin ascensor, muy mal insonorizado se escuchaba la conversación de las otras habitaciones, la ducha, el vater, etc.
