Was happy with the property & its charm. Nice location, with short access to Pittalungu beach and 10 minutes from city center. Breakfast is fine, has the basics for Italian breakfast, can always find something.
Our biggest complaint was checkin, where we just did to find we were given sufficient info about the property. Like…this is where breakfast will be from 7am to 10am OR you need to pay for pool towels daily (which we thought was ridiculous, renting towels when we are already paying hundreds per night), here is the wifi & password - this was all basic info that should be provided to guests, but instead we had to ask. And when we did ask, the answer always started with “of course…”, like we were supposed to know the answers.
Don’t get me wrong, the staff was nice & friendly, but they maybe need a check in checklist to go through with guests.
Didn’t try the onsite restaurant.

I had no issues with anything at the hotel it was just that the location is not good unless you have a car as the buses are not that often and stop early in the evening so unless you want to walk along a main road it’s not great.

Easy to park at the property, very convenient for moving around by car. Nice swimming pool for kids and nice staff to help

Everything was super nice and clean. Staff was super helpful and the location is great since it’s not in the center of Olbia but not far as well. The only thing to complain was the really hard mattress on bed. Both of our backs were really hurting after three days.
