Locația este perfecta, foarte aproape de taverne, port, plaja, magazine dar în același timp foarte liniște. Condițiile sunt ok pentru prețul plătit. Ne am bucurat că am găsit curat si pachetul de bun venit. Comunicarea cu gazda a fost foarte buna. Terasa este frumoasa, view-ul superb.

Nu este o părere negativă doar o mica observație: piscina este Intr o curte vis a vis de cazare. In curtea respectiva sunt alte unități de cazare și destul de mica. Noi nu am mers la piscina. Dar nu este un punct in minus, pentru că nu se merita sa mergi in Corfu și să stai la o piscina. Un punct in minus ar fi pentru curățenie, s-au schimbat prosoapele la 2 zile dar lenjeria s-a schimbat după 4 zile iar curățenie în baie sau pe jos nu s-a făcut timp de 6 zile.

We had a wonderful stay at The Central Residence and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Kassiopi and within easy walking distance of all the local amenities, including restaurants, bars, shops, and the beach. The apartment itself was modern, stylish, and exceptionally clean. Housekeeping was excellent, with regular cleaning and frequent changes of towels and bed linen throughout our stay, which was greatly appreciated. A thoughtful added benefit was that essentials such as toilet rolls and kitchen towels were provided and replenished, something that is often overlooked in self-catering accommodation. Overall, this is a comfortable, well-maintained apartment in a perfect location for enjoying everything Kassiopi has to offer. We would happily stay here again.

Excellent location short walk from Kassiopi centre. Very friendly owner, and beautiful roof terrace!

Living area in our 2 bed apartment was a little smaller than expected with table and chairs but no sofa. Parking area close by was an area of rough ground.
